Location: Uzwil Workload: 80-100% Your tasks: You are responsible for the customer data and user management functionalities of our IIoT platform Additionally, you will oversee our integrated customer identity management solution, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for customers across all of our digital touchpoints You work within a scaled agile setup, partnering with your Scrum team to ensure continuous value delivery aligned with the overall vision and roadmap You collaborate closely with stakeholders within the Bühler organization, customers, and Product Owners from other Scrum teams to understand and refine requirements and to find value adding solutions You own and manage the feature backlog, define user stories, and manage dependencies to other DevOps teams You consult our business partners in how to create valuable Your profile: Completed computer science studies (university, FH. HF) Several years of professional experience as a product owner software products Profound background in the application of agile methods, the Scrum framework, and the handling of tools for managing backlogs and requirements (e.g. Jira and Confluence). Experience with the SAFe framework is a plus Affinity towards high quality user experience and user interface design Experience with identity and permission management solutions is a plus Experience with Industrial IoT platforms and with cloud-based solutions is a plus Fluent in English, German is a plus Very good communication skills and ability to mobilize people without direct authority
